I just discovered an indie band (yes, music, not penguin related) and their debute album is called The Penguin League. Their music is fun to listen to – reminds me of a 70’s movie scene — a big field of daisies with a girl in white skirt twirling in the sunshine until she falls from dizziness and laughter. The style is completely not what I expected from the name, actually I’m not sure what I was expecting – but it caught me by surprise. I do, however, think the sound is quite fitting for our penguin pals – happy and inviting.
