I just ran across this neat collection of penguin pictures. If you are looking for original photographs, this is a great site to visit. You need to purchase the cd to use the photos, but they are beautiful images.

I ran across this cute cartoon located on someone else’s site. Pokey the Penguin, “Non-sequitur comic about Pokey and other penguins, with minimalist computer art.”. I was hoping I could add the cartoon here, but now I’m just confused. I couldn’t find any info - but I did find the comic site,  so rather than hurt myself trying to locate the feed… I’m just going to point you in the right direction and you can read until your heart’s content.

Cool Antarctica offers a huge collection of beautiful photography by Paul Ward. As long as you follow the usage guidelines, you’re welcome to use up to 10 of these amazing photos for your own projects. Paul has photos of macaroni penguins, chinstrap penguins, gentoo penguins, and adelie penguins. There are a few other misc photos that include a king penguin and others. this is a great site to browse for visual inspiration!

This is one place I haven’t been that I really would like to go, SeaWorld. But for now, the penguins at the SeaWorld website will have to do. Loads of great information here and some fantastic photos too. - Plus, you can download the entire Penguin info book, right from their website… yay!
