			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>There was a great article posted by <a href="http://www.livescience.com/animals/081113-penguins-twist.html">LiveScience</a> about the locomotion of penguins- their fantastic and unique swimming ability. It talks about how the penguins twist their wings as they swim which adds extra mobility in the water &#8211; so maybe we should all head to the pool today and start practicing our new twist stroke.</p>
